One is ¡°stress relief¡± and the other is ¡°healing camp.¡± Stress is characterized as an emotionally-upsetting condition that occurs in response to adverse external influence which is capable of impacting an individual¡¯s physical and mental well-being. Healing is likely to be a perceived adverse stimulus, which is not necessarily the event that causes the stress but how one approaches the event. Identifying the true sources of stress is not easy as it appears. It would be even more difficult for anyone to implement healing a broken heart by looking closely at one¡¯s habits, attitudes and excuses.We human beings experience stress differently, so that stress healing may require a different approach for different people. We should figure out what we need to know about how stress can affect us, and what goes into our healing needs. It is easy to think of stress as something to be categorically avoided for a happy life, and healing as restored by a relaxing-but-nurturing energy therapy.Interestingly though, there are different types of stress and not all are necessarily bad for us. In fact, some stress is not only positive but also vital for healthy functioning. A positive type of stress leads to feelings of excitement. Without it, life would be extremely dull and depression would be rampant. Hence, as surpassing as it may seem, healing from all stress is not the best goal.One factor that traverses across boundaries of age, sex, religion, class, ethnicity, etc. and can be found in each member of our species is the wish to lead a happy life. Happiness is a way of life that transcends time and place. It is a simple value of neutral concept, not complicated.Studies on establishing link between stress management and healing ability have been explored in recent decades. The finding provides insight into how stress from suffering, in particular, affects the body. Stress, concern and tension prior to medical treatment have all been associated with poor clinic recovery. Chronologically stressed individuals have increased levels of the stress hormone setting. This shows the start of the healing process. Stress poses serious consequences to patients or stressors recovering from major damages or wounds.There are many kinds of expensive but time-consuming ways of stress relief and healing methods.Whatever ways one chooses for everlasting reservoir of youth and happiness, these activities not only improve one¡¯s physical health and make him look better but they also relieve anxiety and depression.Over the past decades, some experiments have made it clear that stress can significantly slow wound healing, and stressors ranging in magnitude and duration impair healing in humans. In future research, an increased focus on transformation patterns might help to elucidate pathways linking stress and healing processes.The most effective ability must be unifying one¡¯s body and mind to heal over, so as to attain, as an impetus for life cleansing, the goal of turning one¡¯s pains into wisdom. How to combat despair and frustration is to find out ways to increase spiritual growth and emotional clearing such as sleeping better and moving on fully energized in one¡¯s daily life images.Eventually any human being ever realizes life being full of physical stress and trauma healing. At that juncture one should accept one¡¯s inevitably-endowed destiny optimistically as granted, by consulting medical doctors for physical health and by awakening oneself for spiritual peace through one¡¯s own adequate solution findings to self-strengthening. The eventual awareness of our prolonged misguided-judgment through various means of cultivation and practice is of utmost importance in our day-after-day life process.Let us conclude, without stress and the power of healing optimism, human life would not be challenging and rewarding for the wishful desire of happy-go-long lives.
